Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend the order.
