We want you to love your Moon Bunny order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

To start a return, please email us at contact@moonbunnyshop.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items without tracking.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
